Title: The Definitions of Managed Objects for
the Link Control Protocol of the Point-to-Point
Protocol
Author: F. Kastenholz

This memo defines a portion of the Management Information Base (MIB)
for use with network management protocols in TCP/IP-based internets.
In particular, it describes managed objects used for managing the Link
Control Protocol and Link Quality Monitoring on subnetwork interfaces
that use the family of Point-to-Point Protocols. This RFC is a
product of the Point-to-Point Protocol Extensions Working Group of the
IETF.
This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
This RFC specifies an IAB standards track protocol for the Internet
community, and requests discussion and suggestions for improvements.
Please refer to the current edition of the "IAB Official Protocol
Standards" for the standardization state and status of this protocol.
Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
Requests to be added to or deleted from the IETF distribution list
should be sent to IETF-REQUEST@CNRI.RESTON.VA.US. Requests to be added
to or deleted from the RFC-DIST distribution list should be sent to
RFC-REQUEST@NIC.DDN.MIL.
